Who should attend?
Business owners, investors, exporters and importers, manufacturers, distributors, trade organizations, government and diplomatic representatives, startups, service providers and universities looking at Canadian and international markets.
How do I register and what does it cost?
Visitors can register through the visitor registration form. Delegate categories, fees, benefits and deadlines will be published on the official registration platform; until then, contact the team for delegate registration.
Can the organizer help with a Canadian visa?
Eligible international participants may request an invitation or participation letter after registration and verification. A letter does not guarantee a visa or entry to Canada. Immigration decisions are made solely by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
How does B2B matchmaking work?
Registered business, corporate and international delegates share their sector and partner interests, then meet through structured introductions during the 2:30 to 3:30 PM session and the networking reception.
How can my organization sponsor or exhibit?
Choose a sponsorship category or showcase option and complete the sponsorship or exhibitor form. The team confirms benefits and terms in a written agreement, and customized proposals are available on request.
